As a Payroll Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of payroll laws and regulations. You will collaborate with various departments, address payroll-related inquiries, and contribute to the continuous improvement of payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll for hourly and salaried employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Review and verify timekeeping records, deductions, taxes, and adjustments.
  • Ensure timely distribution of payroll in alignment with internal deadlines.
  • Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve employee payroll issues or concerns.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and generate reports as needed.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance to ensure payroll data is properly integrated.
  • Assist in payroll audits and provide necessary documentation.
  • Contribute to payroll system upgrades and process improvements.
  • Manage payroll tax filings and year-end reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Graduates of BSBA Major in Financial Management, BS Accountancy or other related fields
  • Proficiency in payroll software (e.g. SAP) and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to report in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
