Job Description:
  • Responsible for overseeing the organization's Information Technology (IT) infrastructure and Management Information Systems (MIS).
  • Ensures that all systems, applications, databases, networks, and security protocols operate efficiently, securely, and support business objectives.
  • Provides leadership in data management, analytics, process automation, and technology-driven business solutions.
  • Oversees the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems and networks.
  • Leads the development, enhancement, and maintenance of MIS platforms to support reporting and decision-making.
  • Partners with department heads to identify information requirements and translate them into MIS solutions.
  • Develops and enforces IT security policies, protocols, and procedures.
  • Ensures compliance with relevant laws, regulations, IT standards, licensing, security requirements, and data privacy standards.
  • Recommends new technologies to improve efficiency and competitiveness.
  • Identifies opportunities for process automation and digital transformation.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in IT and MIS management.
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills.
  • Willing to work in Makati City.
