Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Legal Studies, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing compliance, advertising regulations, or related fields.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Knowledge of marketing regulations and advertising laws.
  • Strong analytical and evaluation skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Business writing and documentation expertise.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Strong stakeholder management and regulatory coordination experience.

Other Requirements:

  • Work Location: BGC, Taguig
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate marketing, branding, and advertising materials to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Review event applications and ensure proper approvals are secured before execution.
  • Prepare and submit required compliance forms to the regulatory body.
  • Coordinate with regulatory agencies, requestors, and internal teams for approval processes.
  • Monitor compliance status of marketing projects and ensure approvals are obtained before launch.
  • Work closely with External Affairs to manage relationships with regulators.
  • Provide recommendations and risk assessments for marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure timely submission of reports and compliance documentation.
  • Participate in special projects and handle additional tasks assigned by management.
