Linguistic Coordinator

• Act as the primary liaison for clients, providing seamless communication and relationship management.
• Translate client goals into actionable project deliverables and serve as their trusted advisor.
• Collaborate closely with the development team; align expectations and keep tasks flowing smoothly.
• Maintain strict adherence to project scope; manage and document any change requests.
• Develop and share regular project status updates—weekly or as appropriate—with both clients and leadership
• Build and maintain project timelines using appropriate tools, and drive projects to meet deadlines
• Proactively identify and resolve issues before they escalate to customer support or sales.
• Ensure successful project launches with minimal QA revisions.
• Maintain internal metrics: clear out non-contact clients weekly; limit escalations to zero or one per quarter.
• Support both client-facing and internal web-related initiatives.
• Foster collaboration across all teams to meet or exceed client expectations.
• Apply industry best practices to propose improvements that elevate client outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications

• Proven experience managing multiple client projects simultaneously
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Background in customer support, preferably with at least one year serving clients.
• Skilled at juggling priorities and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Detail-oriented, goal-driven, and adaptable.
• Team player with a consistently positive and coachable attitude.
