Bachelor's degree in: Civil engineering, Candidates without a license will be considered if they have extensive, proven experience.

Employment Type: Full-time, On-site, Willing and able to travel to various project locations as required.

Role Overview:

We're looking for an experienced and licensed Project Engineer to oversee and deliver government construction projects on time and within budget. This role demands strong technical knowledge, hands-on supervision, and the flexibility to work in various project sites nationwide, including complex provinces in Mindanao.

Key Duties:

·       Supervise and manage structural, roadworks, and asphalting projects.

·       Ensure all projects are completed according to government agency standards and requirements.

·       Oversee construction and installation activities to maintain quality and safety standards.

·       Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently.

·       Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

·       Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports.

·       Resolve on-site issues and ensure compliance with project specifications.

Requirements:

·       Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Project Engineer.

·       Must have completed projects with government agencies.

·       Extensive experience in structural works, roadworks, and asphalting.

·       Proven track record supervising various construction and installation projects.

·       Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in diverse construction environments.

·       Excellent project management and communication skills.

·       Ability to deliver projects within deadlines and budget constraints.

·       Willing and able to travel and be assigned to various locations across the Philippines, including complex provinces in Mindanao (e.g., Sultan Kudarat, Lanao, Zamboanga).

·       Proficient in relevant computer-aided design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, SketchUp, or similar).
