About the role
MOADBUS INC' is seeking a dedicated Training Staff and Admin Assistant to join our team.
This is a full-time WORK FROM HOME position. As a Training/Admin Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient delivery of our training programmes, ensuring all documentations and videos and powerpoint presentations are ready prior training day.
What you'll be doing
Prepare training materials, handouts, and other resources for participants
Product/System User Manuals or User Guides
- Design using figma and canva
- Video tutorials or How-to's for the product using Adobe Premiere Pro or Power Director
- Powerpoint presentation to be used for Client presentation and training
- Provide administrative support to the training team, including production of training materials, video editing and documentation.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our training processes and procedures
- Perform other tasks such as testing of the application - ensuring entire system is stable and ready prior training session
- Assist or back up Training Head/Manager as training facilitator in case she is not available.
What we're looking for
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in a training or learning environment
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders
- Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with using various digital tools and systems
- Well-versed with Adobe Premiere Pro or Power Director and other video editing apps
- Knowledge with Figma or canva is a plus
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
- Flexible and adaptable, with a proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving
