The Visual Merchandising Lead is responsible for implementing and maintaining visual merchandising plans, ensuring displays meet brand standards, and regularly updating store visuals based on seasonal directives, promotions, and product launches. They collaborate with other departments to ensure the store looks appealing and creates a strong impact to enhance the customers shopping experience and maximize sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Implement and maintain visual merchandising plans and guidelines according to brand directives.

  2. Measures the cleanliness, organization, and alignment of displays, mannequins, and fixtures, ensuring they meet visual standards and showcase products effectively.

  3. Monitors the accuracy of pricing on displayed items, ensuring that all products are clearly priced and labeled correctly.

  4. Update seasonal stories and display strategies regularly.

  5. Replenish displays to maintain full capacity.

  6. Ensures all sensors, alarms, and security measures are functional and checked regularly, preventing any potential losses or security issues.

  7. Regularly update store visuals based on seasons, promotions and product launches.

  8. Collaborate with Back of House Team for recommended fast and slow moving products for display.

  9. Regularly monitor and update led wall display and other VM collaterals.

  10. Safekeep VM materials and collaterals.

  11. Optimize store layouts to enhance customer flow and maximize sales opportunities.

  12. Lead, motivate and train the VM Team on standard VM procedures.

Skills Requirement:

The VM Lead must have undisputable honesty. He/She must possess a great level of competency in leadership, time management, and communication. Strong understanding of merchandising principles, attention to detail and creativity. He/She can address challenges in display set-up or store layout and find creative solutions.

Additional Requirements:

  1. Physical ability to stand for extended periods, and to move and handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures throughout the store, which entails lifting, and perform all functions as set forth above.

Reporting Line: Operations Coach or the Head Coach(in case the Ops Coach is absent).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
