Job Responsibilities:

• Perform sheet metal processing using MIG and TIG welding
• Plan and execute welding processes
• Inspect product quality and propose improvements
• Carry out other tasks related to welding operations

Qualifications:

• Practical experience with MIG and TIG welding
• Knowledge of welding techniques in sheet metal processing
• Holder of a valid welding certification in the Philippines (TESDA certification or equivalent is preferred)
• Conversational level English skills
• Ability to work responsibly and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

• TESDA certification or equivalent in welding
• Experience in the manufacturing or sheet metal processing industry
• Ability to speak Japanese
• Eagerness to improve skills and learn new welding techniques
