About the role

We are seeking talented and enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic team at LUMER UNIVERSAL MANAGEMENT SERVICES INC' in our Cubao, Quezon City location. As a CSR, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries, and contributing to the overall success of our company. What you'll be doing

  • Answering inbound customer calls and providing prompt, courteous, and effective assistance
  • Listening to customer concerns, understanding their needs, and finding suitable solutions
  • Updating customer records and maintaining accurate documentation of all interactions
  • Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure a consistently high level of customer service
  • Participating in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve customer service skills

What we're looking for

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to effectively handle customer inquiries
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • A positive, patient, and empathetic attitude, with a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment is preferred, but not essential
