Job description:

Main Responsibility:

Supports daily activities of the Sales & Marketing Department (IU & TU).

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Monitors all orders received (IU & Booking) and coordinate all departments to ensure lead times are met.

· Submits daily order monitoring report for IU. Submits weekly monitoring report for Booking sales.

· Receives telephone requests for price quotations, purchase orders, adjustments and cancellations directly from customers and relays this to assigned salesman.

· Facilitates all customer orders from receiving to production, accounting, and warehouse releasing.

· Records all shipments to customers from warehouse and confirms if orders have reached destination and has been received by the customer.

· Records all Colors for Development, Request for Demos, Special Incentive/commission request, and Customer Complaint forms.

· Updates daily the Delivery Monitoring Board.

· Encodes all orders received (for Main sales) as Sales Orders into the system.

· Achieves and maintains rapport with customers and endeavors to give them the best possible service.

· To correctly respond to inquiries from prospects regarding selection and application of products.

· To follow up on all inquiries received through phone/mail.

· Computes sales team's monthly cash commission and regular commission for both IU and Booking Sales Luzon.

· Computes special commissions/incentives for customers.

· Coordinates the needs/concerns of the roving man and IU salesmen with the other departments and vice versa.

· Maintains the marketing data base, including catalogues, printed quotations, and customer prospect files.

· Maintains and files sales personnel reports such as DCPR and Monthly Coverage Plan.

· Maintain a consistent and positive customer service image when interacting with customers.

· Assists both IU and TU sales team in meeting sales targets.

· Assists the Credit & Collection department in follow up of payments from customers.

· May conduct actual physical inventory of the roving vans.

· Maintain the implementation of 5S in his work area.

· Protect at all times the interest of the company.

· May perform such other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Competency Requirements:

· At least College level

· Trainable; can work with minimum supervision and able to multi-task

· Good interpersonal Skills

· Can handle customer complaint

· Proficient with MS Office Applications

· Above average communication skills
