PPC Planner/Warehouse Staff

Warehouse Management

• Maintain and control warehouse inventory monthly
• Receive and endorse the Supplier, CLP, and Shipment deliveries
• Ensure that correct quantity, specification, and packaging has been received by comparing received goods with information on the work order
• Identify any damaged or missing goods and record pertinent information
• Ensure that supplier's delivery forms are signed only upon satisfaction of completed order
• Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials, placing orders in production area and ensure that they are in good condition
• Prepare online chairs report and update bin card or stock card
• Assist in Warehouse Maintenance such as replacing weak floors, placing rack support, setting up racks
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment within the Warehouse
• Ensure basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations

System Compliance

• Comply with the company policies and participate in the company programs and activities
• Perform other related duties that may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php19, Php21,000.00 per month
