About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organised Corporate Visa Assistant to join the team at NYGC Services, Inc.' in our Taguig City, Metro Manila office. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to facilitate the visa application process for our corporate clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Prepare, review and submit visa applications on behalf of corporate clients
  • Liaise with government authorities and embassies to ensure the smooth processing of visa applications
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all visa application activities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the visa application journey
  • Assist with various administrative duties to support the wider team

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar corporate visa or immigration support role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and online visa application platforms
  • Experience liaising with government authorities and embassies
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
