Compliance Specialist

Qualifications

  • Must be willing to work 100% onsite at our Eastwood site
  • BOSH Certified Safety Officer (required)
  • Proven experience in PEZA compliance and safety management
  • Background in managing or supervising compliance-related projects or teams
  • Familiarity with local and international compliance standards (PEZA, ISO, LGU permits, EHS)
  • Willing to travel occasionally to other sites for audits or compliance training

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and monitor PEZA permit applications (LOA, 8105, 8106, etc.)
  • Coordinate asset movements and disposals in line with PEZA guidelines
  • Review and validate compliance documents such as Sales Invoices and Delivery Receipts
  • Provide support during PEZA audits and inspections
  • Track and update changes in PEZA policies and ensure compliance
  • Process and submit documents to the PEZA office
  • Assist the Admin team in Safety Compliance (EHS, ISO certification)
