The Dormitory Administrator is responsible for the overall management, maintenance, and administration of the company dormitory. The role ensures that employees residing in the dormitory are provided with safe, clean, and well-maintained living accommodations. The Dormitory Administrator coordinates daily operations, enforces house rules, manages supplies, and addresses concerns of dorm residents to maintain order and harmony.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential tenants for residential spaces through various sales and marketing channels.
Conduct property viewings, presentations, and site tours with prospective clients.
Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate leasing solutions.
Negotiate lease terms and conditions in line with company policies and market trends.
Prepare proposals, lease agreements, and necessary documentation for finalization.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and agents.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and rental rates to inform pricing and strategy.
Ensure occupancy targets are met and contribute to revenue growth objectives.
Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams for lease documentation and space handovers.
Maintain a database of prospective clients and track all leads, inquiries, and negotiations.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
At least 2–5 years of experience in residential leasing, sales, or real estate.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of local real estate markets and leasing trends.
Proficient in MS Office.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
