Duties and Responsibilities:
Actively generate and pursue leads for residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
Develop and maintain relationships with property developers, landlords, and corporate clients.
Identify opportunities in different industries for leasing, purchasing, or selling properties.
Serve as a liaison between property owners and prospective buyers or tenants, ensuring smooth transactions.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive client outreach and strong deal closure techniques.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Sales experience in real estate property sales and/or commercial space leasing.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with clients across diverse industries.
Results-driven with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
