Support day-to-day store operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining store cleanliness and organization, stocking shelves, handling transactions, and assisting with inventory control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Handle sales transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system
  • Restock shelves and ensure product displays are tidy and well-organized
  • Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store
  • Assist with receiving, unpacking, and checking incoming stock deliveries
  • Ensure product pricing and signage is accurate and up to date
  • Follow store policies and health and safety guidelines
  • Support promotional activities and in-store events
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager or Supervisor

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
  • Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
  • Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with inventory management systems
  • Cash handling experience
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
