Job Description

The Program Officer is responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating program activities in alignment with the mission and objectives of Caritas Manila. The role involves close coordination with partner communities, parishes, volunteers, and stakeholders within the Archdiocese of Manila. The Program Officer ensures effective program delivery, proper documentation, and the promotion of values consistent with the Catholic Church.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of social development programs and projects.
  • Coordinate with parishes, beneficiaries, community leaders, and partner organizations to ensure smooth program operations.
  • Conduct field visits, community assessments, and program evaluations as needed.
  • Prepare regular reports, presentations, documentation, and updates for management and donors.
  • Organize and facilitate meetings, trainings, orientations, and other program-related activities.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of beneficiaries, accomplishments, and program milestones.
  • Ensure that all program activities align with Catholic teachings, organizational values, and community needs.
  • Analyze socio-economic, political, and environmental factors affecting program implementation.
  • Work collaboratively with other program officers and support staff to achieve organizational goals.
  • Represent the organization in events, meetings, and external engagements when required.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php28,000.00 per month
