Quality Control Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversees all critical activities at the project siteMonitor and inspect construction works, materials, and processes to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and contractors regarding quality issues and corrective actions.
  • Conduct testing, inspections, and evaluations of materials and workmanship.
  • Prepare quality control reports and maintain proper documentation of inspections and test results.
  • Implement quality assurance procedures and ensure adherence to safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Secure proper and complete documentations.
  • And all other tasks, Responsibilities and Obligations necessary to support project implementation and objectives, as may be assigned from time to time. particularly when no QC works are available.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2–3 years experience in quality control or engineering within construction projects.
  • Knowledgeable in quality assurance/quality control standards, testing methods, and documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to enforce quality standards.
  • Familiar with construction codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Physically fit and capable of performing manual and technical tasks.
  • Willing to follow instructions and work under supervision.
  • Can execute layouting works.
  • Can read interpret measurments with the use of measuring tapeMust have their own personal hand tools.
  • Must be a licensed engineer.
