About the role

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team at HI-M SOLUTEK PHILIPPINES INC. (affiliate of LG Electronics Inc.) in the vibrant city of Cebu, Central Visayas. As a full-time HVAC Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of our clients' air conditioning and refrigeration systems.

What you'll be doing

  • Perform scheduled and emergency maintenance on a variety of air conditioning and refrigeration systems
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC (VRF & Chiller) equipment , identify the root cause and implement effective solutions
  • Install, repair, and replace HVAC (VRF & Chiller) components and parts as needed
  • Maintain detailed records of all service and repair activities
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices and safety protocols
  • Collaborate with the wider team to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of HVAC services

What we're looking for

  • Formal training or certification in HVAC (VRF & Chiller) maintenance and repair
  • Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience as an HVAC Service Technician
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical diagrams and manuals
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client sites as needed
