In coordination with the Project Management Manager, shall control and monitor compliance of all project sites and their activities related to Quality Management System (QMS). Oversee the implementation of the Project Execution Plan at project sites and monitor their compliance to the approved Quality Control Plan (including established internal test plans - ITPs). Monitor conduct of non-destructive testing required for the project in coordination with the external CM Quality Manager.

In coordination with the Engineering Design Manager, shall verify and validate that the quality related site activities are in accordance with the applicable codes and standards. Carry out random inspection and checking of all quality related procedures and ensure activities are performed as per approved method statement (MC) and inspection test plan (ITP). Coordinate with the consultant's representative and site in-charge for the conduct of discussion meetings on quality issues with an objective of

Non-Compliance Reports (NCRs) closure. Control of QA/QC documents of the entire project including test results and certificates, calibration, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered and other QA/QC related documents. Ensure all quality control documentation requirements were fulfilled, completed, and shall form part of the 3rd party CM and

General Contractor as built hand documents. Verify and validate inspection and test programs. Develop method statement for the activity including risk assessment, job safety environmental analysis, Inspection Test Plan and checklist based on specifications of the project.

Job Qualifications:Must be a graduate of Civil and/or Sanitary Civil Engineering for (Civil & Structural Design Manager), Electrical Engineering (for Electrical Design Manager), Sanitary Engineering (for Plumbing & Sanitary Design Manager), and Mechanical Engineering (for Mechanical & Fire Protection Design Manager). Board exam passer with a valid PCR license. With at least three (3) years of extensive work experience as QA/QC Supervisor from a property developer, real estate, contractor or consulting firm.

Certification of QA/QC is strong advantage. Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across and down multiple business and technology organizations. Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence, preferably as former team leader, or from supervisory or managerial level.

Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint with experience presenting to stakeholders. Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies. Proven ability to demonstrate a drive for results and accountability of business needs.
