Non-Negotiable Skills:

  • Java and SQL hands-on experience
  • At least 2 years of working experience in support utilizing Java and SQL

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and supporting Java-based applications, resolving production issues, and ensuring system stability and performance.
  • This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for Java-based applications in production and development environments.
  • Monitor application performance and respond to incidents, outages, and service requests.
  • Analyze and resolve bugs, errors, and performance issues. Collaborate with development teams to implement code fixes and enhancements.
  • Maintain and update documentation related to support procedures and application configurations.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and implement preventive measures. Ensure compliance with security and operational standards.
  • Support deployment activities, including code releases and configuration changes.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of working experience in support utilizing Java and SQL
