ROLE SUMMARY

Our client is looking for a highly creative, strategic, and versatile Graphic Designer to join their team. This role is ideal for a design professional who thrives on bringing ideas to life through a variety of media, including static and motion graphics, interactive content illustrations, video, and brand identity systems. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping and evolving our brand identity across digital and traditional channels.

WORK SCHEDULE: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM Philippine Standard Time), follows Philippine holidays

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Perform the following visual design and brand expression-related duties:
• Design compelling still graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print
• Create HTML-based infographics, data visualizations, and interactive assets for websites and internal platforms
• Design and build responsive HTML email templates consistent with brand guidelines and optimized for performance across platforms
• Produce brand artifacts including pitch decks, corporate presentations, packaging, signage, sales collateral, and social media assets
• Develop and refine logos and brand marks for internal and external initiatives
• Perform the following motion, video, and audio-related duties:
• Create motion graphics, animations, and explainer videos for marketing, training, and social channels
• Edit and produce video content, including titling, transitions, and overlays
• Handle light audio editing and sound mixing for multimedia content
• Perform the following digital production and web assets-related duties:
• Build reusable visual components for landing pages, microsites, and web campaigns
• Collaborate with developers and digital marketers to translate designs into functional and responsive web assets
• Ensure consistency across digital outputs and optimize assets for web performance
• Perform the following brand development-related duties:
• Lead the creation and documentation of comprehensive brand identity systems and guidelines
• Maintain and evolve visual standards across all media to keep the brand fresh, unified, and distinctive
• Contribute to brand strategy conversations and help shape the future look and feel of the brand
• Perform the following collaboration and leadership-related duties:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, education, product, sales, and leadership, to deliver creative solutions that drive business goals
• Provide creative direction to third-party agencies or contractors
• Present design concepts with clarity and confidence to stakeholders and leadership

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
• 6+ years of professional design experience, including cross-channel brand work
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email and interactive design (enough to build and troubleshoot layout/compatibility)
• Strong portfolio that includes branding, motion, video, email templates, infographics, and web assets
• Exposure to UX/UI design and prototyping is preferred
• Understanding of accessibility (includes skills like color contrast and layers elements that support the visually impaired) and responsive design (designing for mobile, desktop and large-screen projection) best practices, both of which are important to both US laws and user experience
• Experience designing for CMS platforms (e.g., Optimizely and HubSpot) is ideal
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Audition)
• Experience with digital tools such as Figma or Sketch
• Familiarity with CRM/email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, and Delivera) is preferred
• Deep understanding of color, typography, layout, hierarchy, and visual storytelling
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines without sacrificing quality

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php65, Php70,000.00 per month
