Job Title: Remote Graphic Designer (Philippines)

Location: Remote (Philippines-based)

Hours: Part-time, 10 hours per week

Shift: 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM PST M-F (with flexibility for additional hours)

Compensation: $6/hour

About the Role:

We are looking for a talented and motivated Remote Graphic Designer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong creative eye, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Design high-quality graphics for web, social media, blogs, and marketing materials
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and refine creative concepts
  • Conduct research to ensure designs are relevant, innovative, and aligned with brand goals
  • Apply analytical thinking to balance creativity with strategy and performance goals
  • Maintain consistency across all design projects and deliverables

Qualifications:

  • Based in the Philippines
  • 2-year degree in Graphic Design or related field (or equivalent portfolio showcasing strong design skills)
  • 2–3 years of professional graphic design experience
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, etc.)
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and resourceful

Additional Skills (a plus):

  • Research and analytical skills
  • Experience with branding and marketing strategy
  • Familiarity with social media content creation
