PROCUREMENT ASSOCIATE

Responsibilities:

  • Accepts purchase requests; Source out possible vendors
  • Create purchase orders and canvass sheets
  • Assist in occular/ survey visits
  • Confirms and trace purchase orders
  • Coordinates with requesting department and vendor on any purchasing related requests
  • Process vendor files and documents
  • Processing of purchase documents such as DRs, Invoices and PRFs
  • Receiving of deliveries and documents
  • Perform other duties assigned

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any Business program or any related course
  • With extensive experience in the field of purchasing
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in using MS Office
  • With supplier database of the same industry (preferred but not required)
  • Retail experience is an advantage
