JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Preferably a graduate of Vocational course in Air Conditioning or Cooling Technician from TESDA, or an Associate Degree holder
  • Preferably with Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Servicing NC II
  • Preferably with a minimum of 2 years experience
  • Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating.
  • Must have wide knowledge and skills in electrical and mechanical repairing of different aspects of Air-Cons/Cooling systems and auxiliaries.
  • Good written and verbal English communication skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Installing, maintaining, and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
  • Carry out repair and routine maintenance duties on air conditioning equipment
  • Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.
  • Responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, installation, and servicing of air condition units.
  • Conducts sanitary regular inspection and preventive maintenance of all air-conditioning units
  • Perform planned preventive maintenance on HVAC systems such as Chillers, condensing and chilled water pumps, Cooling Towers and accessories, ventilation fans, and other mechanical equipment.
  • Working with hand and power tools to install refrigeration or air conditioning components
