Best Tools is hiring a SIA – Stockman for our CALAMBA LAGUNA branch

Position Summary:

The SIA – Stockman will oversee inventory and stock control within the store. This role involves receiving, organizing, and maintaining accurate records of merchandise to ensure smooth daily operations. Candidates must be willing to attend training in Manila.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and check incoming stock for quantity and quality.
  • Arrange and store inventory properly in designated areas.
  • Keep accurate inventory records, updating stock cards or electronic systems.
  • Assist with regular stock counts and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Support general stock organization and store housekeeping tasks.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and store personnel for deliveries and returns.
  • Follow safety and security procedures when handling inventory.

Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in stock handling, inventory management, or related store duties.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory procedures and stock control.
  • Open to attending training in Manila.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions.
  • Physically capable of performing manual stock handling tasks.
