Will provide administrative assistance in managing lodging and accommodation arrangements for field staff.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Research and coordinate lodging options that are cost-effective, safe, and aligned with company standards
  • Communicate with hotels, inns, or landlords to inquire about availability, rates, and booking terms
  • Prepare a database of lodging contacts and possible accommodation partners
  • Assist in making reservations and maintaining records of all bookings
  • Follow up with staff or personnel to confirm check-ins and check-outs
  • Perform other administrative or coordination tasks as assigned by the supervisor

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Currently enrolled in a course related to Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management or a related field
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, email)
  • Ability to handle confidential information and work with minimal supervision
  • Willingness to learn and contribute to a team-oriented environment

Job Type: OJT (On the job training)

Contract length: 4-6 months

Pay: Php150.00 per day
