Technical Skills:

  • Familiarity with quality control methodologies.

  • Ability to use inspection tools (calipers, meters, gauges).
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes and machine operations.
  • Knowledge of safety and compliance standards.

Soft Skills:

  • Attention to detail for spotting defects and inconsistencies.
  • Problem-solving to identify root causes and suggest corrective actions.
  • Communication skills to report findings and collaborate with production teams.
  • Documentation skills to maintain accurate inspection records.
  • Teamwork and adaptability in fast-paced environments.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial / Mechanical Engineering.
  • At least 1 year experience in the same field.
