About the role

As a UI Designer at Wise Sea IT Consulting Solution OPC, you will be responsible for designing visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces for our clients' digital products and applications. This is a full-time position based in Taguig City, Metro Manila. You will work closely with our cross-functional team to bring innovative design solutions to life and deliver exceptional user experiences.

What you'll be doing

  • Collaborate with the product team to understand user requirements and business objectives
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile applications
  • Develop and maintain a consistent visual style and design system across multiple projects
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
  • Work with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies

What we're looking for

  • Degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in the technology or software industry
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout
  • Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive and visually appealing interfaces
  • Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
