HIRING: COMPANY DRIVER

Job Summary:

Responsible for ensuring that the company has the capability and capacity required to effectively plan and manage vehicle maintenance, coordinate transport, and logistics for transport-related duties.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Driving Duties

• Ensure the safe, punctual, and efficient transportation of company executives, staff members, and clients/guests to and from meetings, airports, and other appointments, with a focus on maintaining comfort, safety, and confidentiality.
• Ensure timely delivery or transportation while adhering to traffic laws and company policies.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety.
• Maintain precise and comprehensive records of vehicle usage, fuel usage, destinations, and any issues encountered, ensuring all documentation complies with company policies and facilitates transparent reporting.
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality when interacting with executives, staff, and corporate guests, ensuring that all engagements are handled with the utmost respect and integrity.
• Assist with loading and unloading cargo when required.

Mechanical and Maintenance Duties

• Ensure vehicles are meticulously maintained, consistently cleaned, and fully fueled. Oversee regular servicing, address necessary repairs promptly, and ensure vehicles are in optimal working condition at all times.
• Ensure the secure and timely handling of all items, maintaining thorough documentation for all deliveries and pickups.
• Maintain tools and equipment used in vehicle repair and servicing.
• Adhere to all health and safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure and compliant work environment.
• Coordinate with the Warehouse Supervisor regarding schedules and repair needs

Requirements:

• High School graduate or with National Certificate in Driving
• Minimum two (2) years' experience in a similar driving and/or mechanical role
• Valid Driver's license code A, B, B1, B2
• Basic mechanical knowledge or relevant certification; Experience working in warehousing or logistics environment a plus
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Physical stamina for lifting, bending, and working with tools
• Good communication and time-management skills
• Willing to work in Talisay City, Negros Occidental

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php513.00 per day

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Talisay (Negros Occidental, Western Visayas): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• driver mechanic: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Professional driver's license (Required)
