Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for travelling to retail stores to conduct inventory count together with the assigned promodisers.
  • Prepare advance itinerary for the list of stores to audit.
  • Responsible in the preparation of monthly projected travel expenditures.
  • Prepare and submit budget liquidation after travel.
  • Document any discrepancies or non-compliant activities in the retail store.
  • Conduct inventory reconciliation and report preparation.
  • Any other tasks as may be assigned by the Audit Supervisor/Manager

Qualifications:

  • Preferably a Bachelor's Degree in Financial Management/Business Management or equivalent
  • With strong relevant experience in the same field is an advantage but not required.
  • Knowledge in business processes, inventory management and verification.
  • Proficient in using MS Excel and other office applications
  • Can work under pressure and has keen eye for details.
  • Willing to do field works
  • Willing to work from Monday to Saturday
