We are seeking a detail-focused Email Marketing & Automation Specialist experienced with GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar CRM platforms. This role involves managing end-to-end email campaigns, optimizing deliverability, and ensuring technical health and compliance of all email communications. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, can follow workflows accurately, and is comfortable analyzing performance to improve engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and execute email campaigns, automations, and workflows according to provided instructions.
- Monitor deliverability metrics, inbox placement, and bounce rates to protect sender reputation.
- Maintain and segment contact lists, ensuring proper list hygiene and compliance.
- Conduct thorough QA checks on email content, links, personalization, and tracking before distribution.
- Run A/B tests and provide accurate reports on opens, clicks, and campaign performance.
- Maintain and update email templates, automations, and workflows in the CRM/email platform.
- Stay informed about email deliverability standards, authentication protocols, and platform updates.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance and engagement.
Mandatory Skills:
- Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar email automation and CRM tools.
- Strong knowledge of email deliverability and authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
- Excellent organizational, time management, and process-following skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic HTML skills for formatting emails.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience managing large and segmented email lists.
- Familiarity with performance analytics and optimization strategies.
- Strong problem-solving skills for technical or deliverability issues.
