The Collection Analyst will be responsible for monitoring the progress of sales invoices being executed. The analyst will play a critical role in producing data that will guide the initiatives of the Commercial Sales Team. The gathered information will be essential in the analysis of the progress of the program.

Position Qualifications:

  • College Graduate of any business-related course
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in using basic MS software such as: Excel (formula, pivot etc.), Word and PowerPoint
  • Good analytical skills
  • Team-player
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Principal Accountabilities

PROGRAM DATA GATHERING & MONITORING

●Regularly monitor the Customer Accounts Receivable (AR) Aging Report generated from SANDI.

●Evaluate and prioritize the payment collection from the customer's AR with overdue balances.

●Receive daily check collections from sales and in-house collectors and endorse them to the credit department.

●Monitor the payment posting and application of checks collected by the in-house collectors, ASEs, and direct deposits.

●Conduct customer callouts and overdue account balances daily.

●Identify, monitor, and validate customers' direct payment deposits.

●Endorses credit memo due for adjustment and approval.

SALES INVOICES MONITORING & ANALYSIS

●Distribute and monitor the countering of Sales Invoices, including the attached documents.

●Monitors the countered Sales Invoices to the Document Controller under CAD.

●Monitors and provides advisory to the ASEs for the notices (collection letters) to customers with overdue accounts.

●Monitors and provides advisory regarding certified true copy (CTC) of invoices to customers.

●Coordinate billing concerns with other departments, such as billing, sales, and credit.

●Stratify collection schedules and itineraries to maximize collectors' daily trips.

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT

  • Monitor the daily tasks and objectives of the Collector.
  • Provide crucial guidance and support to the Collector.
