IT Security and Systems Administrator

Position Summary

The IT Security and Systems Administrator manages day-to-day IT systems and network administration for Oak Drive Venture Inc (50 users) while also overseeing cybersecurity operations and security tool management across the broader group of companies (150+ sites, 1,000+ users). Reporting to the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), this role combines hands-on operational IT support locally with centralized security management for the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

1. Local Systems & Network Administration (Oak Drive Venture Inc)

2. Manage and maintain local IT infrastructure including servers, workstations, network devices

3. (switches, routers, Wi-Fi), and user endpoints.
4. Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and on-premises/cloud servers to support local
5. business operations.
6. Provide technical support to approximately 50 users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
7. Maintain system backups, patch management, and endpoint protection locally.

8. Coordinate with vendors and ISPs for local infrastructure and service support.

9. Enterprise-wide Security Operations (Group of Companies)

10. Administer and monitor FortiGate firewalls deployed across all company sites for perimeter defense and VPN connectivity.

11. Manage the Seqrite Endpoint Protection Suite including antivirus, EDR, Data Loss Prevention
12. (DLP), and vulnerability scanning across 1,000+ users.
13. Respond to security alerts, conduct investigations, and escalate incidents to the CISO.
14. Develop, tune, and enforce DLP policies and vulnerability management procedures
15. enterprise-wide.

16. Assist in ensuring compliance with Philippine cybersecurity regulations (RA 10173, NPC, DICT) across the group.

17. Policy Enforcement & Compliance Support

18. Assist in implementing cybersecurity policies and controls both locally and across the enterprise.

19. Provide documentation and support for audits and regulatory compliance activities.

20. Incident Response & Reporting

21. Serve as first responder for security incidents within the group and local environment.

22. Document incidents, perform initial containment, and coordinate remediation efforts.

23. Generate reports on IT infrastructure status and security posture for leadership review.

24. Vendor & Asset Management

25. Manage IT and security asset inventory for Oak Drive Venture Inc and support asset tracking

26. group-wide for security solutions.

27. Liaise with vendors for procurement, maintenance, and support of IT and security systems.

28. Security Awareness & User Support

29. Provide user support and training on security best practices and IT tools locally.

30. Support group-wide security awareness initiatives with technical expertise.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of combined experience in IT systems administration, network management, and
• security operations.
• Experience managing FortiGate firewalls and Seqrite security tools (endpoint protection, DLP,
• vulnerability scanner).
• Proficiency with Windows Server environments (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP) and local network
• infrastructure.
• Knowledge of Philippine cybersecurity and data privacy laws (RA 10173, NPC, DICT).
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

Certifications (Preferred or Willing to Pursue)

• CompTIA Security+
• Fortinet NSE 4 or higher certification or any with the same level
• Seqrite Certified Endpoint Security Professional
• CompTIA Network+

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php58,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Taguig: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
