Senior Project Management Specialist
, you will oversee large-scale, multi-disciplinary initiatives that drive enterprise-level results. Working onsite at our Makati headquarters, you will collaborate closely with Technology, Sales & CX, Wireless, Fixed, and Corporate Support teams—bringing structure, transparency, and momentum to complex projects.

What You'll Do

  • Develop detailed project and program roadmaps aligned with business unit strategic objectives
  • Lead and maintain structured weekly project cadences, ensuring clear stakeholder communication on progress, risks, and changes
  • Implement and uphold project and program management frameworks to support capacity planning and operational alignment
  • Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks to ensure delivery success
  • Oversee resource planning, resolving conflicts and ensuring optimal team allocation
  • Manage project budgets and ensure alignment with financial targets
  • Provide leadership and direction to delivery teams, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture
  • Liaise with multiple business units to resolve escalations, maintain alignment, and support enterprise-wide strategic goals

  • Solid project/program management experience in multi-team, cross-functional environments
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence without direct authority
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven experience in risk management, issue resolution, and structured reporting
  • Experience with budget oversight and resource planning
  • Ability to translate strategic goals into actionable workstreams
  • Certifications (PMP, Agile, Scrum) are a plus but not required
