JOB MISSION / OBJECTIVE(S)

Ensures appropriate licensing and legal compliance of pharmaceutical products, pet foods, cosmetics and other products

SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Processes License to Operate and Accreditations of Lusitano, Inc, in the following areas:

· LTO as Food Distributor/Importer (Food and Drug Administration)

· LTO as Cosmetics Distributor/Importer (Food and Drug Administration)

· LTO as Household Hazardous Substances Distributor/Importer (Food and Drug Administration)

· Meat Importer (Trader) (National Meat Inspection Service)

· Dairy Products (Bureau of Animal Industry)

· Animal Feeds Importer (Bureau of Animal Industry)

· Bureau of Plant Industry Accreditation

b. Responsible for the processing new application and renewal of License to Operate as Retail Outlet of Non-Prescription Drugs and as Food Manufacturer of Kareila warehouses

c. Liaises with the respective government regulatory bodies like Food and Drug Administration, Bureau of Product Standards/Department of Trade and Industry, NMIS (National Meat inspection Service), BA (Bureau of Animal Industry) BPI (Bureau of Plant Industry) and other government agencies

d. Responsible for the processing of initial and renewal of FDA product registration of Lusitano, Inc. of food, cosmetics, meat and other products

e. Assists warehouse regarding FDA, NIMIG BAL and BPY compliance audits and inspection

f. Assists warehouse with other permits and licenses needed in the store.

g. Perform other duties as many be assigned

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy
  • Must be a Registered Pharmacist
  • Has at least 1 year work experience in related industry
  • Willing to work onsite in Magallanes, Makati
  • Can start ASAP
