Amazon FBA Virtual Assistant
About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Amazon FBA Virtual Assistant to serve as an operational partner in our e-commerce business. We need someone who can think critically, spot problems before they escalate, and take ownership of the systems that drive our business forward.
You'll manage Seller Central operations, maintain data tracking systems, conduct research, and handle customer communications while thriving in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Amazon Seller Central Operations
- Monitor account health daily and resolve listing violations (trademark, property violations, policy complaints)
- Handle stranded inventory and reactivate ASINs
- Extract and organize Amazon reports (Business, Advertising, Inventory)
- Conduct listing checks and implement solutions
- Stay updated on Amazon policy changes
Data Management
- Maintain Google Sheets for inventory, advertising, sales metrics, and PPA calculations
- Build Notion dashboards for project tracking
- Create financial projections for new products
- Organize Google Drive with proper structure
- Generate weekly/monthly performance reports
- Track KPIs: ACoS, conversion rates, inventory turnover, seller feedback
Research and PPC
- Conduct keyword and product research following SOPs
- Analyze market trends and provide recommendations
- Manage Amazon PPC campaigns via bulk files
- Monitor performance and adjust bids/budgets
- Identify underperforming keywords and negative keyword opportunities
Customer Communication
- Send professional messages regarding refunds/returns
- Submit review requests (Amazon TOS compliant)
- Develop strategies to improve seller feedback ratings
- Handle customer inquiries
Content Management
- Manage A+ Content creation and updates
- Use AI tools for product image generation
- Basic Shopify maintenance (if applicable)
Required Qualifications
Must Have:
- 2+ years Amazon FBA experience (VA, seller, or agency)
- Advanced Google Sheets skills (VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS, pivot tables)
- Deep Seller Central knowledge
- Experience with Helium 10 and Sellerboard
- Track record resolving listing violations and account health issues
- Understanding of Amazon PPC and bulk file management
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written English
- Self-motivated and organized
Preferred:
- Expert Google Sheets (macros, scripts)
- Notion and Shopify experience
- AI tools familiarity (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva)
- Inventory forecasting background

- Experience scaling 6 to 7-figure Amazon businesses

Work Details
