The Opportunity

Nezda Technologies, Inc., a leading provider of innovative technology solutions, is seeking an exceptional Customer Service Representative (CSR) for their Travel Account. This full-time role will be based in McKinley, Taguig City, Metro Manila, comes with Dayshift Schedule and Weekends-off.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients by handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency
  • Process customer requests and transactions related to travel bookings, changes, and inquiries
  • Create and complete travel arrangements (air, hotel, car, rail)
  • Ensure reservations are built according to client standards and preferences
  • Act as a trusted advisor by offering informed and insightful recommendations that provide the best traveler experience
  • Handle a wide range of booking from simple ones to complex bookings with potentially non-standard and multi destinations, ticket exchanges and complex fares
  • Make changes or solve any issues that might occur during or before the travel
  • Assignments include both routine and non-routine work

What we're looking for

  • At least HS Graduate with more than 2-3years relevant experience in cryptic GDS (BPO or Non-BPO will do)
  • Open to HS Grad, SHS Grad, College Undergrads, and Graduates.
  • GDS like: Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo, other cryptic ticketing/booking tools.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on providing efficient and effective resolutions
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall success of the team
