Farm Aide

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance on keeping, preparing, and spraying of chemicals
• Assisting the heads/managers with activities such as germination, re-bagging of seedlings, planting in the field, etc.
• Use company-provided application for tree monitoring
• Ensure operational readiness, safety, and cleanliness
• Performing maintenance on trees, such as ring weeding, weeding, pruning, and crop harvesting, under the supervision of the Farm Supervisor
• Proficient in Microsoft Office for documentation and reporting
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Farm Manager or company owner

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php13, Php14,000.00 per month

• Calamba City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
