About the Truck Driver role

The ideal candidate should be a reliable and experienced truck driver who can deliver our goods safely and on time to different locations. They must have a professional driver's license (Codes 1,2,3) and extensive knowledge of routes in Manila, Batangas, Laguna, Cavite, Bulacan & San Pablo. We need a dependable Truck Driver who is honest and responsible. The candidate must be physically fit for long hours of driving and travel, and be willing to help with loading and unloading our products (corrugated boxes). A key part of this job is taking ownership of the vehicle, which includes conducting daily checks and basic maintenance to ensure it is always in good condition. The ideal candidate is adaptable and can handle unexpected situations on the road, like traffic or bad weather, while always following safety rules.

A Truck Driver's duties & responsibilities are as follows but not limited to:

  • Driving company trucks to deliver goods to various locations
  • Following all traffic rules and regulations to ensure safe and efficient deliveries with no violations.
  • Assisting with the loading and unloading of heavy items from the truck at the delivery site.
  • Conducting daily pre-trip inspections of the truck to check fuel, oil, tires, and overall safety.
  • Adapting to changing road conditions to avoid delays and ensure deliveries are on schedule.
  • Reporting any vehicle issues or delivery problems to the supervisor immediately.

Job Qualifications

  • At least two (2) years of relevant experience in the the field/s of Logistics and truck driving unless the candidate has exhibited remarkable results academically or professionally. In such cases, relevant experience can be less than two (2) years, commensurate with achievements.
  • Must have comprehensive, actionable, and immediately relevant technical knowledge of truck driving
  • Must have graduated with a High School Degree, but a Vocational Diploma or Short Course is an advantage.
  • Must have no recent driving violations
  • Must be Male

Salary is on a per trip basis and depends on location / size of delivery used.

  • This position requires the employee to report to the main plant in Santa Rosa, Laguna from Monday to Saturday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
