Checker for Yamaha

Job Summary:

The Checker is responsible for verifying, monitoring, and recording all incoming and outgoing materials, parts, and finished goods at the Yamaha warehouse or plant site in Batangas. The role ensures that all transactions are accurate, properly documented, and comply with company and client (Yamaha) standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Check and verify quantities of items against delivery receipts, packing lists, or loading documents.
• Monitor loading and unloading of goods to ensure accuracy and prevent losses or discrepancies.
• Inspect items for damages, shortages, or incorrect labeling and report immediately to the supervisor.
• Record all incoming and outgoing transactions in the logbook or system accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel, forklift operators, and delivery drivers for smooth workflow.
• Ensure that materials are properly handled, tagged, and stored in designated areas.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety within the warehouse or checking area.
• Comply with company safety policies, procedures, and client site regulations.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor or management.

Qualifications:

• At least Senior High School Graduate or equivalent.
• With experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory checking is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to handle manual work.
• Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and responsible.
• Willing to work in shifting schedules and assigned at Yamaha (Batangas).
