About the role

Seeking an experienced IT Service Desk to join our dynamic team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality technical support and solutions to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Respond promptly to IT-related inquiries and troubleshoot a wide range of hardware, software, and network issues
  • Provide first-line technical support, including setting up user accounts, configuring devices, and resolving connectivity problems
  • Maintain accurate records of IT support requests and document solutions for future reference
  • Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and continuously improve our support processes
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices

What we're looking for

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar IT help desk role, preferably in a BPO IT service environment - applicants with at least 1 year BPO IT Help desk role experience are encouraged to apply
  • Strong working knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking technologies
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
  • Exceptional customer service orientation and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  • At least High School Graduate
