Position: Workforce Real Time Analyst

Industry: BPO Company

Work Location: Clark Pampanga

Salary: Php 30,000 - Php 40,000 gross

Work Schedule: Shifting (Morning, Mid and Night shift)

Work Set Up: Working Onsite

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree graduate, any field.
  • MIS/RTA experience, preferably in BPO/Shared Services.
  • Hands-on experience with Scheduling, Capacity Planning, Forecasting, and Reporting.
  • Experience in MIS Scheduling Tools (Power BI, VBA, Macros, Excel).
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and client-facing skills.
  • Must uphold the highest standards of ethics and integrity.
  • Amenable to work onsite in Clark Pampanga and to shifting schedules.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage real-time adherence (RTA) to ensure service levels are met.
  • Perform capacity planning, scheduling, and forecasting to optimize workforce efficiency.
  • Generate, maintain, and analyze MIS reports to support operations and business leaders.
  • Use tools such as Power BI, Excel (Macros, VBA), and other reporting systems to present data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide timely and accurate workforce reports.
  • Identify gaps and recommend solutions to improve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and reliability of workforce data and reports.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
