DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Procurement of Supplies and Services

  • Checking of requisitions
  • Securing quotations from qualified sources
  • Analyzing vendor quotations basing on quality, delivery, and price
  • Processing, generation, and issuance of purchase and job orders
  • Following up of delivery
  • Checking receipts of materials and services
  • Verifying invoices
  • Corresponding with vendors

2. Research

  • Investigating supply sources
  • Developing supply sources
  • Developing alternate materials and services
