Position

Video Shooting & Editing Partner

(Applicants who understand the tempo and rhythm of comedy content)

Job Description

• Shooting 2–3 sessions per day
• Video editing using CapCut / Premiere / DaVinci
• Assisting with filming negotiations (local knowledge is an advantage)
• Organizing video materials and editing with next-day delivery as the standard
• Joint editing at the beginning until you are familiar with the style

Requirements

• Strong understanding of the tempo and rhythm in comedy videos
• Highly responsible, with no delays or missed deadlines
• Proven experience in video production (TV stations, production companies, viral content, influencer projects, etc.)
• Minimum of 3-5 years of video production experience required
• Proactive and able to research and act independently (not just passive)
• Able to commit for at least one year
• Trustworthy, cooperative, and sincere personality
• Proficiency in at least one video editing software programme (CapCut, Premiere, or DaVinci) is sufficient

Working Conditions

• 6 days per week (Sunday off, subject to project changes)
• May sometimes be 5 days per week depending on the situation
• Basic schedule: 9:00–18:00 (may vary depending on filming schedule; some shoots may be at night)
• Location: Cavite / Bacoor
• Major Philippine holidays considered (Christmas, Holy Week, etc.)

Compensation

• Monthly salary: PHP 30,000 – PHP 33,000
• Salary increase and bonus depending on performance and growth
• Payment method: GCash or bank transfer

• Cameras, microphones, and main equipment will be provided
• Applicant must bring own PC and editing software
