Overview

The Brand Ambassador – Content Creator will serve as the on-camera personality and public voice of WPH Digital, leading content creation and engagement activities across digital and physical platforms. This role includes managing social media channels, collaborating on creative content, and hosting events, CSR initiatives, and internal activities. The ideal candidate is dynamic, confident, and passionate about creating meaningful connections between the brand, its employees, and the wider community.

Key Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities

  • Represent WPH Digital as the on-screen host for videos, interviews, and event coverage.
  • Manage and schedule content across the company's social media platforms.
  • Develop creative concepts for brand storytelling and audience engagement.
  • Host and facilitate internal events, CSR outreach programmes, and online activities.

Collaboration & Partnerships

  • Collaborate with the PR & Partnerships Associate to activate co-branded and CSR initiatives with established partners.
  • Represent WPH Digital in partner-related content, joint events, and social media collaborations.
  • Support marketing and partner-driven engagement campaigns through on-screen hosting and storytelling.

Continuous & Support Responsibilities

  • Create and publish social media stories and behind-the-scenes content for recruitment and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Creatives team to provide ideas, materials, and primary copy for the department's publications and campaigns.
  • Track social media performance and prepare reports with insights for improvement.
  • Support the Marketing Team in executing campaigns, workshops, and events.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Excellent communication and hosting skills, comfortable on-camera and in live settings.
  • Experience in managing corporate social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube).
  • Skilled in event facilitation, community engagement, and coordination.
  • Creative thinker with initiative and enthusiasm for interactive content.
  • Fluent in spoken English with excellent verbal communication skills and a Neutral English Accent.
