What you'll be doing

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients through inbound and outbound calls
  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Update customer records and maintain accurate documentation
  • Identify and escalate any complex issues to the appropriate team members
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Participate in regular training to stay up-to-date with the latest processes and technologies

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
