Your impact:Provide technical support in electrical engineering, focusing on electrical infrastructure design for Data Centers in Asia;Support the Technical Director in business development and marketing of the Group capabilities;Manage project inputs, ensuring budget and controls are in place. Job Specifications & Scope of Responsibility:Strong problem-solving and communication skills; ability to think logically and write technical documents clearly;Self-motivated, able to work independently with offshore design offices and exercise initiative;Open to challenging experiences and minimal supervision;Proven client liaison skills and multidisciplinary consulting experience;Commitment to company values;Understanding of design scope in consulting, especially for Data Centers, with some commercial acumen;Excellent written and verbal communication skills;Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;Team-oriented, able to collaborate with colleagues and consultants at various levels;Willing to travel within the Asia region as required;Work closely with the Technical Director, demonstrating self-discipline and independence;Relevant experience in mechanical services detailed design, including calculations, simulations, and specifications, particularly in Data Centers and Healthcare projects;Review and understand scope, BIM, specifications, and drawings from client briefs;Maintain quality standards and ensure conformance with design plans and specifications across projects;Familiarity with local building codes and international standards for compliance;Assist in proposal and bid preparations;Engage with engineering, drafting, and design teams to meet deliverables;Lead and participate in project/site meetings with clients, project managers, and other disciplines;Conduct site inspections as necessary and respond to technical queries;Follow plans, procedures, workflows, systems, and tools to meet project requirements;Coordinate technical issues with other disciplines;Build and cultivate client relationships in a Doer/Seller role;Write technical reports, specifications, and SOOs, including functional descriptions for electrical systems;Support site supervision and commissioning activities as needed.

Qualifications:Degree in Electrical Engineering;Registered Professional Engineer (minimum REE);15-20 years of relevant engineering experience;At least 7 years in Data Centers preferred;Excellent communication skills in written and verbal form;Experience with BIM and 3D modeling (Revit) is a plus.
