What you'll be doing

  • Assess, monitor, and provide nursing care to patients in a medical and surgical environment

  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including medical histories, progress notes, and discharge summaries
  • Effectively communicate with patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure the highest standards of care
  • Participate in patient education and promote healthy lifestyle choices
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all relevant healthcare regulations and protocols

What we're looking for

  • Registered Nurse with a valid license to practice in the Philippines
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hospital or acute care setting
  • Strong clinical skills, including proficiency in patient assessment, medication administration, and wound management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with the healthcare team
  • Adaptable, resourceful, and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality, compassionate patient care
