Position: Financial Controller Manager

Company Industry: IT Company

Location: BGC, Taguig City

Salary Offer: Negotiable

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (9:00AM-6:00PM or 9:00AM-5:30 PM)

Work Set Up: Onsite

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field.

At least 5 years of experience general accounting or financial management.

Knowledge in accounting principles, financial reporting, and general ledger (GL) processes.

Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig

Can start as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and forecasts, providing analysis and insights to guide strategic decisions.

Lead the budgeting process, monitor spending variances, and develop financial plans for long-term goals

Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.

Ensure the company adheres to all financial and tax regulations by preparing filings and conducting internal audits.

Lead, mentor, and manage the finance and accounting teams.
